Following years of consideration, Stardust and Ridgewood Shilohs are excited to announce, through the kind generosity of Becky Wacker, an exceptional breeding, Mac to Cinder. This breeding is a combination of rarely seen old line non-MAW with old line MAW pedigrees and a touch of Artus in the 3rd generation.

Mac was a large dog with magnificent head, good hips, rich pigment, graceful movement, and the traditional Shiloh aloof temperament. He was a breed Champion, American Rare Breed Association (ARBA) Champion, and National Select. He sired 9 litters in the early years of this century, and, based on the accomplishments of his progeny, has been designated a member of the distinguished Register of Merit (ROM).

Subsequent to his retirement from showing and breeding, Mac was certified as a Therapy Dog with Therapy Dogs International (“TDI”), and also served as a Service Dog to his owner Becky, until his death.

Cinder is our breeder’s pick from the Asgard Samson/Calypso breeding. An NAKC and TSSR breed champion, she is currently one of the largest breeding females today, with great bone, width, and length to complement her height. She took both Best Female and Best Overall Progeny at the 2013 ISSDC IEW. .A proven breeder, she has previously produced two huge litters of puppies with confident, exceptional temperaments, size, and dark, rich coats and pigment.

This will be an all plush litter with sables and duals expected. We expect large, confident puppies, with gorgeous coats and heads, who will be ideal, loyal family companions.
