Ridgewood and Stardust Shilohs are extremely delighted to announce the breeding of Ridgewood’s Samson and Stardust’s Cinder. This is the first breeding for both of these Shilohs and they made us proud by breeding in a timely/natural manner. Ultrasound has confirmed that Cinder has a big belly full of puppies, and Samson is celebrating by handing out the cigars!
Breeders and Conformation fanciers will fully appreciate the balanced mix of old lines in both dogs with a touch of Boz and Artus in the 3rd generation, as well as the potential height, size and temperament from this breeding.
Samson is from the Ridgewood Carly/Storm breeding. Samson has never been in the show ring, but is a definite “traffic stopper”! Samson has an exuberate personality and generally “loves life and everything that life sends his way“. This sweet, loveable, confident male has great bone, a huge head, great ear set and height. Samson gets along well with other dogs and has been raised with cats.
Cinder is our breeder’s pick from the Asgard Samson/Calypso breeding. An NAKC and TSSR breed champion, she is currently one of the largest breeding females today, with great bone, width, and length to complement her height. She has a confident, happy-go-lucky personality that is willing to befriend both 2 and 4 legged creatures.
Sire and Dam complement each other beautifully. This will be an all plush, all dual litter. We expect puppies that will be large at maturity with above average height, good bone, rich deep pigment, working traits and outstanding people and family orientation.
