Tantara Shiloh Shepherds and Kai-Lyn Shiloh Shepherds are thrilled to announce the upcoming pairing of Carter to Phenix. This will be a blend of outcross lines to old line Shilohs that is sure to produce large, big boned puppies with tremendous temperaments.
Carter is an NB2, second generation Boz offspring. Carter is a wonderful 3 year old plush brown sable male who has heavy bone, large size, an amazing head and gentle temperament. He has been a joy to watch in the show ring and has earned his Breed Championship as well as being champion pointed with Rarities and the Rare Breed Club of Southwestern Ontario. Carter has also passed his herding instinct test at the age of 8 months.
Phenix is a 3 year old plush black and red sable female that is very proportionate in size, good bone, a lovely head and a temperament to die for. She has not been shown very much but she has earned her Breed Championship and is one point away from her Rarities championship! Phenix is a wonderful part of our pack. She has a unique personality and you will often hear her “purring” while carrying a stuffie in her mouth. She is never far from her people and is an excellent ambassador of the breed when she’s out in public.
This is a much anticipated pairing! We expect the large size, gentle nature and intelligence of the parents to be passed along to the puppies.
